Our clients wanted to revitalize their 1,800-square-foot indoor pool area, which had fallen into disrepair and no longer suited their family’s needs. Their vision was to transform the space into a multifunctional hub, incorporating a gym, home office, living area, games room, mudroom, and a renovated bathroom.

To bring this vision to life, we first tackled the underlying structural and environmental challenges. We implemented a comprehensive water management system, raised the floor by 7.5 inches with a sturdy structural frame, and removed the outdated pool mechanical room. A new HVAC system was also installed to ensure consistent and efficient heating.

Collaborating closely with our engineer and designer, we successfully covered the pool while preventing groundwater infiltration. This bright & modern space respects the original architecture, honouring the existing cedar beams while introducing a fresh design aesthetic.

What is the best part? The steam shower!
