Neighbourhood: Old St. Vital
The existing spaces were a small dining room and a small, un functional galley kitchen that removed the person cooking from the common space.
The new space features an expansive kitchen with an island seating for four. We repositioned the sink facing the living area and the Red River to capitalize on family time with a view.
