In this renovation, our clients needed to optimize the only bathroom in their busy family home. The primary goal was to improve the layout and enhance the flow of the space, with key priorities including extra storage, a new vanity, and brighter lighting.

Despite the bathroom’s compact size, we tackled the challenge with strategic planning and precise execution. Replacing and relocating the window added complexity, particularly when aligning the window sill with the quartz ledge, which extended seamlessly from the vanity to the shower and incorporated a sleek wall-mounted faucet.

To maximize functionality, we moved the vanity and toilet to the exterior wall and re-plumbed the bathroom all the way from the basement to the second floor. Relocating the sink, toilet, and shower along one single line. Relocating the plumbing stack resulted in a cleaner and more efficient layout.

The finished space features stunning design elements, including hex mosaic tile, Kohler Purist plumbing fixtures, and a custom vanity with a quartz countertop and ledge. Through meticulous planning and consistent communication, we delivered a beautiful, functional bathroom that exceeded our clients’ expectations.
